Who I am

I'm Tyler, and I build websites for small businesses as TSwebco. If you have any question about this policy or your information, email me at tswebco@gmail.com.

What I collect

I only collect what you type into the contact form:

• your name
• your email address
• your phone number, if you give it
• the project type and budget range you choose
• your message

I don't collect payment details on this site.

How the form and the site work

When you send the contact form, it is handled by Formspree, which emails your message to me.

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare may process technical data such as your IP address and browser type.

The site also loads its fonts from Google Fonts and, on desktop computers, a 3D graphics library from jsDelivr. Your browser connects to those services directly, so they can see the same kind of technical data.

How I use it

I use your information to reply to you and talk with you about your project. I don't sell your information.

Storage on your device

The site saves your Motion on/off choice in your browser, so it remembers whether you want animations. That choice stays on your device. I don't use advertising or analytics cookies.

Sharing

I only share your information with the services that run the site and the form (Formspree, Cloudflare and Gmail, plus Google Fonts and jsDelivr for the technical data above), or when the law requires it.

How long I keep it

I keep your information as long as I need it to respond to you and to keep business records. After that, I delete it.

Your choices

Email me at tswebco@gmail.com to see, correct or delete the information I have about you.

If you live in California, you can ask what information I've collected about you and ask me to delete it.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13.

Changes to this policy

I may update this page from time to time. When I do, I'll change the effective date at the top.
